My client is a bespoke contract catering company who pride themselves on exceptional quality and service delivery using fresh ingredients.
An opportunity has arisen for a talented, experienced and passionate Chef Manager to manage one of their contracts in Uxbridge.
You will demonstrate exceptional craft skills using locally sourced, fresh ingredients with a creative ideas and different flavours. You will manage, motivate and develop a small sized team in the restaurant and deli/coffee bar serving breakfast, hot lunches and making fresh soup, homemade bread and cakes daily. There is also a hospitality service.
The successful candidate will have experience within a similar environment or high end B&I contract, or rosette restaurant. have a genuine passion for food, be up to date with current worldwide food trends and providing the best service. This exciting role requires an effective manager with strong financial acumen who has the ability to oversee the operation successfully, someone who is engaging and can build a fantastic rapport with the client and customers.
This is a Monday to Friday role, working 40 hours per week – 7am until 3.30pm.
