Chef de Partie in the Portsmouth Area

Full Time Permanent  

Hourly rate/Salary: Hourly rate of £8.90-£9.30 per hour deepening on experience


The role:

We are looking for an ambitious and hardworking Chef de Partie at our Hotel in the Portsmouth area. We boast a superb choice of fresh dishes, catering for functions throughout the year in a high volume kitchen. We offer great career opportunities to develop and progress across the group.


Key information:

  • Full Time, Permanent Contract.

  • You will be required to work a minimum of 40 hours per week – depending on business needs.

  • Working a mixture of Shifts on a 5 out of 7 day working week.

  • Benefit from a competitive hourly rate with all overtime paid.



Key responsibilities include:

You will be producing dishes to meet the required standard. Have a fresh food background and be able to cope with high volume service daily. Fully compliant with all health and hygiene and be able to assist the senior chefs ongoing.


Skills required:

Previous Experience at Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie level in a similar establishment. To be Qualified to NVQ Level 1, 2 and 3 or Equivalent is beneficial but not essential. An enthusiastic attitude and willingness to develop ongoing and have a successful career.



An hourly rate is on offer which allows you to be paid for every hour you do.
