Are you an enthusiastic Key Stage 2 Primary Teacher available April 2019?

Pertemps Education are pleased to be working with a Community Junior School on Canvey Island who are looking for a Fully Qualified Teacher (FQT) to join them in April 2019. This position would suit either an experienced teacher or a teacher new to their career who can benefit from the extensive CPD programme.

The school are a warm and friendly school on an improvement journey since September 2017. They are a larger than average Junior School that are currently meeting Government Floor Standards for Year 6 Literacy, Reading and Mathematics. They have an average percentage of SEN and Free School Meals and all of the pupils speak English as their first language.

The new SLT have made a positive contribution to the teaching and learning across the school. The behaviour is good from all pupils and they have an excellent attitude towards their learning. The school help pupils understand their importance in a diverse and democratic country.
