About the role
You will be responsible for creating, developing and maintaining product information to serve our clients' products. The success of the role relies upon creating high quality product information that is valued by end users. Attention to detail and working within deadlines is key in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
Create, develop and maintain product information.
Deliver first class customer service.
Update content for use online (including social media)
Ability to work on an individual basis and within a team
Apply classification systems to product information
The duties are split approximately 50/50 between data processing and customer service dealing with both internal and external customers.

Technical/Job Skills, Qualifications and Experience
Accurate written communication skills
Good data entry skills (accuracy being most important)
Good attention to detail
Previous customer service experience (can be gained from office environment,call centre, hospitality, retail etc).

The Ideal Candidate
You'll have fast, accurate data entry skills and be used to processing large amounts of data. You will also have good knowledge of MS Office packages and be able to work both well both alone and as part of a team. You will be confident to speak to both internal and external customers over the phone , and pass over enquiries to other teams. This is a varied and interesting role within a fast paced environment, working within a friendly and helpful team.

The Hours
Hours for the role will be 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday with 1 hour for lunch (35 hour week)

Salary and Benefits:
The role offers a starting salary £16,000pa plus 25 days holidays and superb additional benefits including 25 days holiday plus bank holidays plus your birthday off and half a day off for Christmas shopping! Performance related pay , healthcare plus many additional benefits. Flexible hours request can be submitted on completion of probationary period (26 weeks).
