This is a varied administration role, working within a busy reactive team and liaising both internally and externally with customers, predominantly relating to lead pipes. Key responsibilities will include:
- Maintain and update records on both Excel and CRM (Customer Relationship Management).
- Monitor and drive performance of internal stakeholders to achieve programme/target.
- Respond to customer complaints within set deadlines, this includes both on the telephone and in writing.
- Arrange samples and network operations as required
- Maintain customer contact records to DWI auditable standard.
The successful candidate will have good organisational and administrative skills; written and verbal communication skills are crucial. Customer service experience and knowledge of lead pipework within the water industry will be advantageous but is not essential.
