My client based in Bury St Edmunds is seeking an International Travel Co-ordinator to join their lively and busy team to ensure the smooth running and growth of their international operations. This is a varied position requiring motivation and initiative to provide administrative and co-ordinating services to support the Company in achieving on-going goals and objectives.

Salary: £22,000 + depending on experience
Hours: 9am to 5pm

Knowledge and skills required

- Travel agency or travel background is essential, ideally within business travel however retail will be considered.
- Understanding of the challenges of foreign cultures advantageous
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work on own initiative
- Confident and professional communication skills

Duties & Responsibilities

- Researching and booking flights
- Researching and booking accommodation
- Researching and booking appropriate venues
- Ensuring all T&Cs for venues are met accordingly
- Monitoring and maintaining cost effective travel
- Researching and implementing contracts with global venues
- Dealing with any travel issues
- Travel reporting
- Researching and arranging Visa requirements
- Global administration at HQ
- Assisting the Operations Manager as required to ensure the smooth running and growth of global operations
