- Receiving all incoming calls and transferring to relevant departments.
- Taking messages if unable to transfer
- Dealing with general queries
- Using inhouse IT systems along with MS packages.
- Must have a professional and confident telephone manner
- Be It literate (MS Word)
- Experience working on a busy switchboard
- General Administrative tasks as required.
- Keeping the refreshment area stocked and tidy.
