Role:- Spanish Speaking Credit Controller
Location :- Warrington, Cheshire (WA4 6PS)
Contract :- Permanent
Hrs :- Monday - Friday (08:00-17:00hrs)
Salary :- £23,500.00

We are currently recruiting for a Spanish Speaking Credit Controller for our client who specialise in Supply Chain & Repairs of high tech electronic equipment for major contracts/customers globally.

You would be responsible for taking ownership of a portfolio of accounts and to ensure payments are issued in accordance with company terms and conditions.

As the Spanish Speaking Credit Controller your responsibilities will be :-

" Have full responsibility for specific accounts ensuring customer settles debt in accordance with the company's terms and credit control procedures.
" Contact customers to agrees all invoices are received and approved for payment.
" Effectively deal with customer account queries/complaints, including liaising with other departments to ensure they are brought to a satisfactory conclusion.
" Ensure all receipts are posted and allocated to the sales ledger on a daily basis.
" Ensure monthly statements are prepared, reconciled and ready for posting each month.
" Report on the status of customer accounts on a regular basis and communicate any developments/problems to the manager accordingly.
" Ensure reporting and credit limits reviews are done in a timely manner.
" Ensure all blocked orders are reviewed and released within deadlines.

The Spanish Speaking Credit Controller will have the following skills & experience :

" Minimum of 1-2 years proven working experience within a similar role.
" Must be able to fluently speak Spanish and English.
" Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel (will be tested at point of interview).
" Ideally have a Finance or Accounting qualification.
" Excellent organisational and communication skills.

" Successful applicants will receive a starting holiday entitlement of 30 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays) with 1 day extra every 2 years of service being accrued up to a maximum of 35 days.
