We are a fabulous hotel situated in the Lyme Regis area and are looking to recruit an experienced Sous Chef to help lead our small brigade. The restaurant boasts a superb choice of fresh, locally sourced dishes served daily. The company also offers excellent career opportunities to develop and progress. The hotel is based in a stunning location with a unique twist. We cater for a number of weddings and corporate events and deal with local companies to filter superb local produce to cook with.
The role will include assisting the Head Chef in the overall management of the kitchen as well as ensuring food safety and health and hygiene are at the adequate level. Developing and training the junior members of the team are a key as we are a company that look to develop and promote from within.
