Job Description

Due to the continued growth, a well-established company based in Lichfield are looking to recruit a Service Team Leader to join their business on a permanent contract. The role will be working full time hours within their office in Lichfield.
The role involves the training, support, motivation and management of service co-ordinators within the regional team. General operational duties also form part of the role in terms of call management, planning, material management and invoicing. Also, ensuring the customer base is served with the highest possible levels of customer service, engineers are planned efficiently, and all aspects of SAP service management processes are followed accurately.

The Role will include:
• Leadership and support for the Midlands South Service Co-ordinators
• First point of escalation internally and externally
• To help set priorities and resolve issues
• To be an organised individual and lead others in their organisation
• Oversee engineers planning to minimise the use of sub-contractors and ensure all works are carried out promptly.
• Identify with management group ways to improve planning
• Renewal of PPM contracts and identification / quoting of new potential contracts
• Share responsibility with management team in ensuring PPMs are carried out on time and back logs are reduced in line with set KPI's
• Share responsibility with management team in ensuring completion of all outstanding calls in line with set KPI's
• Ensure all completed jobs are invoiced in line with set KPI's
• Liaising with other departments where required
• General administrative duties as required to support the regional operation
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Evidence of proven experience in team leadership
• Evidence of excellent Customer Care
• Highly proficient in SAP CS / SD / MRS processes
• Professional and courteous telephone manner
• Good communication and teamwork skills are essential
• Ability to problem solve, pro-active and driven
• The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills
• Flexibility in working hours to ensure customer satisfaction and completion of tasks

In return my client is offering a salary of £23,500 - £24,500 dependent on experience, 28 days holidays, free parking and great lunchtime facilities.
