Job Description

Blue Arrows client has an exciting opportunity for a Part-Time Service Desk Assistant who enjoys customer care and takes pride in the service they provide.

Hour of work will be Part Time Mornings Monday to Friday (17.5 hours)

Main Duties will include:-

*Dealing with main switchboard calls, emails, online and in person queries.
*Providing administrative support to various service teams
*Dealing with internal/external calls and queries as required.
*Welcoming visitors and dealing with visitor and staff queries
*Attending staff meetings

This role would suit a candidate with switchboard experience and a background in administration. The ideal candidate will enjoy working within a busy team and who has a hands on approach to work. You will enjoy giving a high standard of service and have a good ability to multi-task.

This is a fixed term contract until 31st December 2019.
