I am looking for a Senior Civil Engineer to join a engineering consultancy in Bath!

Are you Senior Civil Engineer looking for a new role? Are you a Civil Engineer looking to step up to a Senior role? If so, this role is for you!

The Role

The overall aim of the post is to provide civil engineering consultancy services in planning, designing, and overseeing construction and maintenance of infrastructure, such as roads, hard landscaping, foul and surface water drainage including flood risk assessments. In addition candidate will contribute to the wider marketing, administrative and managerial duties of the practice.

The Candidate – Senior Civil Engineer
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and guidance is essential
  • Able to demonstrate a high level skill and experience in solving engineering problems
  • Proficient in the use of AutoCAD, Autodesk Vehicle Tracking, MicroDrainage, and PDS
  • A good working knowledge/experience of BIM and its processes is desirable
  • Committed to the pursuit of excellence on all projects
  • Supervising, monitoring, coaching and guiding junior members of staff
  • Able to guide the practice on new technical initiatives and support the work of others
  • Oversee the work of junior staff and  mentor members of staff
  • Assist in bidding for and winning new work
