The position of snr chef de partie will involve the preparation and service for both the restaurant and banqueting services, the training of junior staff, leading the shift in the head and sous chef absence and also helping with kitchen management duties, maintaining stock levels and kitchen hygiene standards.
The job is working to a 45 hour contract, straight shifts. They are currently trialling 4 days on, 3 days off, this could soon change to 4 days on, 4 days off. Great if you are looking for a strong work life balance. Shifts are usually from 13:00 - 22:30hrs. Salary starts at £20,000 per year, rising to £22,000 per year following a successful three month probationary period.
