Job Description

Senior Pricing & Contracts Administrator

An interesting position has become available for a Senior Pricing & Contracts Administrator to work with a unique and well established company who are market leaders in their field based in the Swindon area.

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, your role will encompass the following:

Job Purpose:
As Senior Pricing & Contracts Administrator, you will act as the first point of contact with the individual company processing site administrators, for setting and communicating Contracts and pricing within the company system to ensure accurate and timely Customer billing can occur. This role provides administrative support to the company commercial team to coordinate the provision of Customer Processing Agreements.

Key Roles and responsibilities:
*Signs off new part price requests from Operating sites within the company Operating system
*Accurate Contract set up and loading within the Operating system
*Communication of Contract status within CRM system
*Annual systems price adjustments and Communication to commercial team and Customers - for contract & non contract items
*Price Validation via Commercial leadership and Finance team
*Rapid response of all requests
*Setting and tracking up of standard Legal contract Documentation for EMEAA negotiations
*Provide Quarterly reporting and insights to the Commercial Team
*Provide administrative support to EMEAA Commercial team & where appropriate liaison with internal & external Legal Counsel (where appropriate) to resolve Customer iterations of our Processing Agreements
*Rigorous review of Contract documents to ensure compliance with our tight operating standards for production of same
*Maintenance of Contracts Database for EMEA region

Excellent numeracy skills
Strong attention to detail
Proficient use of Word & Excel
Ability to demonstrate effective interpersonal and influencing skills
Strong Customer service background

The following would be useful:
Contract management experience
Experience of building relationships with customers internal & external
Can demonstrate the ability to go the extra mile, to exceed expectations
Has experience working across Europe & Asian Markets
Experience of working in a tenders, bid or contract environment
