Our client who are an extremely established Chartered Loss Adjusters are looking for an Administrator/ Secretary to join their team in Central Bristol on a temp to perm basis. You will work as part of a team covering surveying/ insurance claims management and legal work.

You will be working Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm and receive a salary of £20,000 - £25,000 depending on experience.
You will be joining a small busy friendly team

Main Duties:
-Digital audio typing & copy typing
-Arranging Diaries
-Answering the telephone and passing on calls or taking messages as appropriate
-Meeting and greeting visitors
-Taking minutes at meetings
-Photocopying, printing, collating and scanning documents
-Managing the booking of meeting rooms
-Managing the post & distributing where necessary
-A mixture of administration and secretarial duties
-You will be working for several Loss Adjusters

You will need the following to be successful for the role:
- Excellent secretarial skills (digital audio & copy typing)
- Knowledge of legal work would be ab advantage
- Professional telephone manner
- Good communication and inter-personal skills
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Ability to multitask
- Attention to detail
- Team player
- Pro Active and Flexible approach
- Fully conversant with all Microsoft Office Suite applications, in particular Word, Outlook and Excel
