This school in the Borough of Tower Hamlets, are recruiting for an enthusiastic and reliable temporary school receptionist to start in the new term (29th August, 2023 ) on an ongoing term - term basis.
The working hours are 08.00 - 16.00, Monday - Friday - TERM TIME ONLY
Duties will include the following:
Meeting and greeting visitors to the school
Ensuring all visitors sign in - out
Issuing passes to visitors
Administering to late students
Raising any safeguarding concerns with SLT
Assisting with open days
Use of SIMs database on a daily basis
The school and the borough are committed to Safeguarding and the welfare of students. A DBS will be completed on the successful candidate unless a DBS is already held and is subscribed to the update service
