A busy and successful sales team are looking for an administrator to join them to handle all aspects of sales support.

The role:
Administration duties
Handling calls into the department 
Meeting and greeting visitors
Data Entry
Posting Adverts
Ensuring all records are up to date
Overseeing consultants diary

The person:
Previous administration experience
Enjoy dealing with people over the phone and face to face
Customer care skills
Outgoing and confident nature
Organised and able to organise others
Smart appearance 
Desire to help and go that extra mile
