£35,000-£40,000 ( OTE £70,000) plus Bonus


Excellent opportunity for a personable, outgoing , sales orientated individual with outstanding communication/interpersonal skills to join this Dynamic, Cool , Trendy Property company who specialise in Business Centres all over London.
This is a fantastic new role for the right individual, previous sales and first class customer skills experience with a great personality is a must, the company will look at candidates with proven sales experience gained from the following industries to include Property, Business Centres, Serviced Office, Retail, Memberships and Events/Marketing

Objective:
Pro-actively drive and manage sales opportunities across the Allocated Portfolio to:
" Maximise all potential lettings opportunities
" Increase viewing to deal conversion rates
" Deliver strong sales results
" Increase customer retention
" Maximise rent roll and occupancy through the delivery of robust sales processes
" Always provide a high quality, seamless customer journey/experience in a professional and consistent manner

Key Skills Requirements:
" Experience of working in sales and in a strong customer facing environment
" Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
" Personable, presentable, confident and energetic manner
" Good organisational skills, excellent timekeeping and adaptable to customers' changing requirements
" Self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised within company procedures and with guidance from the Head of Sales
" Ability to work as part of a team

Main Responsibilities:
" Conduct viewings of vacant space, selling the benefits of the Centre and the space, explaining the Lettings terms and promoting Added Value Services
" Drive sales by following up all enquiries and liaise with marketing and enquiries teams to ensure every enquiry is fully maximised
" Provide first class customer service to all customers and visitors to the centres
" Improve customer retention by strong management of all existing customer expansion / move enquiries
" Familiarisation with lease terminology, telecoms terminology, unique selling points (USPs), sales process and pricing and the ability to communicate this to potential customers
" Identify value enhancing centre improvements and recommend these to the Head of Sales
" Liaise with Head of Sales to provide viewing feedback and advice on enquiries, levels of demand and unit pricing
