We are currently recruiting for an experienced B2B sales executive to join a leading consultant surveying company based in the Brierley Hill area, who specialise in providing advice and guidance to occupiers and landlords for every kind of commercial property.
You must have at least 12 months telesales experience, with experience of cold-calling to be considered.
The purpose of the role is to cold call leads to speak with companies that have already been identified, introduce yourself, the business and its services and conduct a fact find to identify a need and generate appointments for a colleague to visit them on site. You will be joining a successful sales team within a positive, progressive, modern working environment, offering free onsite parking and uncapped commission.

Daily duties will include:-
• Cold calling data on CRM to follow up on leads
• Establish relationships with new clients
• Introduce and provide information to potential customers on the company and its services
• Record information collected from each and every single call to strengthen the database
• Arrange good quality appointments

Salary & Working Hours:-
£18-22,000 basic - dependant on experience
Excellent commission structure: £100-£250 per converted appointment.
9am – 5pm Monday – Friday
