Sales Coordinator

I am currently recruiting for a Sales Coordinator to join a successful company based in Tamworth. The successful applicant will receive training in the Purchasing Department so you can learn about the products., following completion of this training they will then progress to the sales team.

Duties to include but not limited to
• Obtaining quotations from suppliers
• Negotiating prices
• Raising Purchase Orders
• Tracking Purchase Orders
• Generating Goods Inwards Documents
• Preparing Sales Quotations
• Checking material availability
• Dealing with customer queries (verbally and by e-mail)
• Dealing with internal queries from the production and quality departments
• Overseas travel (trade shows / visiting customers)
