Job Description

An exciting opportunity is available for an ambitious and driven candidate to join the Sales Admin team for a well-established and growing business in Redditch. The company offer progression and a bright career path for the right candidate.

Duties involved within Sales Admin :
• Reporting to the sales admin manager
• Processing orders onto the system
• Building and maintaining relationships with customers
• Answering queries and questions
• Owner of new machine equipment orders through to customer delivery
• Ordering new machinery from the Europe network/business units
• Working closely with the frontline sales team to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded
• Liaise with Product Support team to provide clear machine specification/PDI requirements
• Raise customer invoices
• Preparing release documentation
• Arrange transport for the delivery of new machines to customers
• Working with suppliers to ensure all attachments are available at the required time to ensure no delay to customer deliveries
• Create new purchase orders when required


The ideal candidate for the Sales Admin role will have the following skills :

• High A level or equivalent / Graduate preferred
• Good telephone etiquette
• Able to communicate effectively
• Demonstrate a drive to achieve
• MS Office experience
