Duties will include:
• Taking orders and answering queries
• Rapport building with all customers
• To record and update information accurately
• Advise customers on estimated costs
• Dealing with customer enquiries by telephone
Skills and Experience needed:
• Confident communication skills
• Good organisational skills
• Can work to deadlines and handle pressure
• Self-motivated and an enthusiastic character
• Able to work on their own as well as part of a team
