Job Title – Regional Service Manager
Permanent Position
Salary - up to £40,000 OTE + Car + Benefits
Location – Birmingham (Home And Field Based)

About the Role
The Regional Service Manager will lead, motivate and manage a team of experienced service engineers and a workshop team. The Service Manager will be responsible for delivering the highest levels of customer service to a wide range of customers.
With capable planning skills the Service Manager will ensure the service and workshop team are well organised and have clear goals and objectives.
The Service Manager will be commercially aware and take full responsibility for quoting jobs and controlling costs relating to service and the workshop ensuring SLA's and KPI's are achieved.
The Regional Service Manager is expected to:
• Lead and Manage a Service and Workshop Team.
Meet and deal with customer enquiries and queries
• Provide first line support for technical and customer queries
• Meet Key customer KPI's right first time.
• Utilise efficient Planning Tools and Resources
• Control costs and budgets
About the Person
The Service Manager will be commercially aware and take full responsibility for quoting jobs and controlling costs relating to service and the workshop ensuring SLA's and KPI's are achieved.

In return for your hard work as a Regional Service Manager we can offer a basic salary up to £35,000 with on target earnings of £40,000 , excellent bonus scheme, company car and expenses.
