Network HR are supporting a specialist Consultancy firm to hire a London based, Recruitment Manager as they embark on a period of expansion and change. Primarily focused on the recruitment of Consultants across the UK and US, the Recruitment Manager will be hands on in fulfilling the businesses recruitment needs as well as building talent pipelines and driving strategy.
The successful individual will be highly experienced in direct sourcing and will cover the full spectrum from graduates, contractors and senior leaders. As the business operate in a competitive market and have ambitious plans to grow, the Recruitment Manager will need to be solutions focussed and creative in their approach, thinking outside the box for different attraction methods as well as being able to future plan and build a strong network. The Recruitment Manager will be expected to operate in direct sourcing fashion with occasional support from an agency for none consultancy roles where required.
Upon successful growth, our client plans to hire a dedicated Recruiter to be on the ground in the US, reporting in to the Recruitment Manager and alleviating some of the operational recruitment responsibilities making room for additional focus on future hires, succession planning and projects. Key projects will include managing and increasing graduate recruitment in to the business, improvement of current process and systems and the hire of more experienced consultants.

It is highly desirable for the Recruitment Manager to have previous experience working in a Consultancy firm with proven success in direct sourcing, managing graduate programmes and talent pipelining. International experience will also be favoured but is not essential as well as man-management experience.
