This role is perfect for an experienced Recruitment Consultant or if you have a strong B2B sales, catering management, events etc..background as you can join as an Associate and be trained and promoted into a Consultant role after passing probation.

Key responsibilities include:
- Sales & customer service: proactively developing new and existing business, visiting clients
- Placing candidates into bookings
- Recruitment: candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing
- Service management: compliance, administration, maintaining records and databases
- Relationship building and management with candidates and clients
- Working to sales targets, marketing and promotional activities
