I am currently delighted to be working with an excellent local legal firm who continue to grow and one of their offices is in need of additional support. Currently they have around 10 people in this particular office with a mix of personalities, to fit well within this role you will need to be confident and able to handle a busy and varied role.
Having visited the main office I have a better understanding of the business and what they are looking to achieve long term, such as giving back to the community with over £200,000 raised for charity and achieving ‘green’ business status. They also care about their employees and put them first which is evident with the benefits package they have put together for you, to include:

The role is a split position spending your time either on reception meeting and greeting, answering the phone and general administration duties to ensure the office runs smoothly. The other side will be the Legal Secretarial aspect, with audio typing and diary management for the Partner.
To be considered for this role I am ideally looking for an experienced Legal Secretary who is craving to do more and to add some variety to their day, or a Receptionist / Secretary with Audio Typing skills
In the future they will split this role into two positions and you will be able to choose which role would be your preference.
