Receptionist/Office Assistant - £19,000-£21,000 plus benefits

An opportunity has arisen for a personable, outgoing, individual with strong communication/interpersonal skills.

This excellent role would suit a second jobber who has at least 6 months plus work experience, ideally as a Receptionist/Office assistant.

On joining this well established Professional Services Firm who are situated in the West End

Responsibilities include;
" Front line reception duties
" Meeting and greeting all clients and visitors
" Organising refreshments
" Booking couriers, taxis and lunches
" Deal with all postal duties
" Scanning and archiving
" Liaise with facilities with regards to maintenance issues
" Booking and setting up meeting/board rooms
