Salary £8.21 - £10 per hour Sector Professional & Admin
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Purchase ledger to work for a thriving Manufacturing company based in the Aldridge area, this opening will be a temporary ongoing role with a view for the right person to go permanent.

The responsibilities for this role are;
• Speaking with respective clients and allocating payments
• Processing Statements correctly on the systems
• Communication via telephone, email and letters
• Requesting invoicing details and following up to make sure payment is made
• Inputting of data using Excel spreadsheets
• Solve account queries and issues and support with any accounts needed
• Bank Reconciliations
• Produce daily / weekly reports for the accounts team

Successful candidates will possess the following skills and attributes:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail
• Able to multi-task, as this is a busy office environment with a small close knit team
• Strong knowledge with Excel Spreadsheets


Salary: dependable upon experience
Hours of work: Monday – Thursday, 08:30am - 4:30pm and Fridays, 8:30am – 4pm
