An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven individual to join our award winning, energetic and experienced lettings team in Bishopston.
You will receive a Basic salary of £22K with a realistic OTE £27k

Must own your own car required with mileage paid - there will also be access to a company pool car
Property Managers have responsibility for a portfolio of managed properties, tasks include - reactive maintenance, property inspections, organisation of safety certificates, relationship building with tenants and Landlords and much more ….
Essential Skills for the Property Manager role includes: o Property management experience or experience of dealing with general public in face to face customer service role o An analytical person who can communicate well with Landlords and Tenants - Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels o Ability to work closely with a team to ensure that you provide excellent customer service o Strong Organisational Skills o Quick learner who thrives on attention to detail o Driven and a real desire to succeed - Ability to demonstrate initiative and self-motivation o Proven Leader with excellent problem-solving capability o Polished & Well Presented o Genuine interest in property and people o Full clean manual driving license is a must o Enjoy an extremely fast paced and high-volume workload o The role will involve some out of office appointments inspecting the condition of managed properties, checking in new tenants and checking out old tenants so the successful applicant must be able to work independently as well as part of a team. Experience/Qualifications required: o Previous property management experience desirable o Membership of MARLA or ARLA desirable but full training is available o Own car (mileage paid)

Job Challenges:

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 8.45am-6.00pm (one 6:30pm finish per week) & 1 in 4 Saturday's 9am-4pm (with lieu day in the week).
