Job Description

The role of a Property Manager is to market and promote the vacant property available within the Midlands portfolio in conjunction with the Regional Property Manager to include letting of the vacant space, management of internal and external websites, undertaking marketing meetings with external consultants and create brand awareness through social media to achieve maximum levels of occupancy and profitability.

Main Duties/Responsibilities

Efficiently respond to enquiries via phone, email and web portals.
Production, updating and management of marketing material.
Undertake viewings and/or liaise with external agents throughout the lettings process.
Ensure presentation of the estates, units and offices are as to be expected when a prospective viewing is attending site.
Manage the EPC database to ensure each property has a valid EPC during the marketing process.
Undertake marketing meetings with external agents to ensure the vacant properties are let within a timely manner.
Liaise with Tenants to ensure good relationships are maintained to include on-going care, servicing of client needs and complaints.
Liaise with the Building Surveyor and Management Surveyor to ensure that any issues raised by tenants are passed to the relevant party.
Pass any property issues identified on the vacant unit inspection to the Building Surveyor for action.
Maintain brand identity and structure through boards, marketing material and external consultants literature.
Liaise with external consultants to produce promotional literature and boards to market our estates.

Essential Requirements:

Minimum of 1 years' experience in a similar role would be desirable
Experience with viewings would be desirable
Have a clean drivers licence and use of a reliable vehicle
Be of smart appearance
Able to work on own initiative and manage own workload
Have the following attributes; driven, motivated, trustworthy, reliable, organised, confident, professional and have great customer service skills
