A property litigation lawyer ideally with an interest or already developing specialisms in for example service charge disputes, TOLATA claims or property related professional negligence.
ABOUT YOU
With around 5pqe+ you will need to be able to work on a caseload comprising a mixed bag of residential disputes and commercial disputes.
You should have an interest in marketing and business development and ideally have clients to bring to the firm.
