There is a new permanent opportunity working as a Project Support Team Leader working Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week - 08.30 - 5.00 pm.
Parking is available in the area.
The salary on offer for the role will be £21,450 - £27,300 per annum (depending on experience).
Working as part of the busy, friendly, insurance team your duties will involve:
- First notification of loss -gaining information from the customer and client and setting up new instructions both electronically and within project folders, scheduling appointment for Project managers, managing and driving Service Level Agreements and driving compliance and varied clients process and procedures
- Updating internal database and clients' portals with messages, email correspondence, and relevant information
- Inputting schedules and variations created by the PMs onto client portals, updating all portals with relevant information, supporting Project managers and Contract Managers with admin tasks and financial final account submissions
- Supporting WIP management of the PMs, creating folders and filing and customer support
The Ideal Person
Previous experience within Project Support within insurance/construction is highly desirable, if you have worked at Team Leader level that would be excellent, otherwise strong administration experience within a similar working environment is highly desired.
