Our client is an exclusive private members club located in Epsom who are currently looking for a Pastry Chef De Partie to join their fantastic Pastry team.


The job itself is an opportunity for a chef to gain experience working in an extremely prestigious place, catering for high volumes of members to the highest of standards. You will work alongside the Head Pastry Chef drawing from their experience and knowledge to deliver the highest


You will work on a 5 out of 7 day rota


The Role of a Pastry Chef De Partie (Epsom):
  • Prepare food items required from your section to the required standards
  • Train and develop the commis and trainees that work under your supervision.
  • Maintain high levels of personal hygiene and appearance.
 
 What you need to get the job of a Pastry Chef De Partie (Epsom):
  • Experience at Pastry Commis / Chef De Partie level
  • Qualified to NVQ Level 1 and 2 or Equivalent 
  • Experience cooking with fresh produce and to a high standard
  • Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn and progress
  • First rate culinary skills
