An opportunity is available to work for a Charity based in Birmingham close to the centre for a Part Time Finance Administrator

Job role and responsibilities
-To provide an effective and efficient administrative/finance service within the Finance Team.
-To support the Finance Officers in data entry into the Finance System.
-Produce and where necessary distribute reports from the Finance System to support the Finance Team and Budget Holders.
-Service monthly team meetings, including preparation and distribution of agendas and minutes and to take minutes.
-Maintain the Finance Team's filing system.
-Deal with inquiries that may be general in nature, but which relate to activity within the Finance Team.
-Deal with daily post on behalf of the Finance Team.
-To maintain the electronic calendar for the Finance Team in respect of scheduling events, appointments and deadlines for routine processes and outputs.
-Oversee the finance e-mail account in terms of responding to, and distributing associated documentation to the relevant Finance Team members.
-Cover some duties of other Finance Team members whilst they are absent.
-Undertake any other duties deemed necessary by the Financial Controller or Finance Director.

To be considered for the role you must have Administration and Data Entry skills

-Salary £8.69 per hour, 25 hours a week over 5 days, flexible on which hours worked
