Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a part time Administrator for a company based in Westwood Business Park in Coventry. This will be a 6 month fixed term contract working 16 hours per week which are flexible however a Friday must be covered. The salary for this position is up to £18,000 dependent on candidate experience.

The purpose of the role is to provide admin support to the team to enable the development and case management of requests for support, ensuring an assessment within 4-6 weeks. The successful candidate must be able to work with minimal supervision and use considerable initiative to request contact details and additional Information formally from beneficiaries seeking support.

Main duties:

The provision of admin support and assistance to the Support Services team to enable cases to be assessed on a weekly basis.
To plan and organise own time and work efficiently and adhere to deadlines to enable timely response to beneficiaries
To ensure all messages are relayed as quickly as possible to appropriate staff
To check for incoming referrals in the enquiries inbox

Person Specification:

Experience of customer service and administration
Experience of working with staff at all levels within an organisation
Able to work to a high standard within tight deadlines
Good time management and organisational skills.
