Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a confident and personable candidate to join well-established team based in Warwick on a full time permanent basis. This company is offering excellent career progression for a candidate with minimal office experience.

Working Monday – Friday 8.30am till 5.30pm the company offers a starting salary up to £18.000

Responsibilities for the role of Administrator:
Answering all incoming calls
Processing customer quotations
Processing invoices
Managing postal duties, incoming and outgoing
Dealing with enquires
Data entry typing duties
General administration such as filing, faxing, photocopying, scanning etc.

Skills and experience required for the role of Administrator:
Computer Literate
Excellent customer service skills both written and verbally

This role would suit candidates from the following geographic areas:
Leamington Spa, Warwick, Stratford Upon Avon, Kenilworth, Kineton, Banbury, Daventry and surrounding areas.
