Office Administrator (part-time)
9am to 5pm three days a week (ideally Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)
£10 per hour
On-going temporary
Bootle


My client just outside the city centre are looking for an Office Administrator to join their team on a part-time ongoing temporary basis. The company are a property developer so therefore are involved in construction, development, sales and lettings. The main duties of the role are to support the Office Manager in day to day administration tasks including data entry, invoices, reports and scanning. On offer is an hourly wage of £10 per hour. The daily working hours are 9am to 5pm and ideally they are seeking a candidate available to work Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

The main duties of an Office Administrator are;
  • Support the Office Manager in the day to day running of the office
  • Produce invoices
  • Verify contracts
  • Deal with incoming and outgoing post
  • Meet and greet visitors
  • Respond to incoming emails
  • Answering and fielding incoming calls on mainline
  • Scanning documents
  • Data entry
  • Any other general office duties required
