We're looking for skilled trades people experienced in plastering, roofing, carpentry, plumbing, tiling or with specialist skills in window and door installation, kitchen and bathroom installation and flat roofing to join our trades team in and around the Tewkesbury area on a permanent basis.
As a vital member of the team you will take pride in the repairs and maintenance of our domestic properties, and be able to demonstrate a wide range of trade skills in addition to a primary trade.
We want someone who:
- Is a genuine all-rounder, with strong practical skills and first-hand knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, plastering and roof tiling trades
- Has plenty of flexibility, as well as a proven ability to diagnose, undertake and complete installations to high levels of quality and customer satisfaction
- Is seen as a people person with excellent customer service skills
- Feels comfortable working within a social housing environment
- Has an outstanding work ethic and the drive to complete work to an excellent standard without close supervision.
You’ll need to have a full, clean driving licence, willing to work 40 hours per week.
