We have a fantastic opportunity here at FridgeXpress for a customer - oriented individual to join our growing team as a Maintenance Controller.
As our Maintenance Controller, you'll ensure we deliver on our promises to our customers by keeping them informed at all times on the progress of their vehicles whist in for maintenance and/or repair.
As a key member of our team, you will assist with the daily administration of our fleet, including liaising with both clients and garages for updates and completion of work, logging faults/ breakdowns and helping customers get their vehicles back on the road, and continuously building relationships with our customers, suppliers, and manufacturers.

Salary- £25,000 - £27,500 per annum depending on experience
Annual leave- 24 days, rising to 26 with length of service. Of course, you'll have public holidays too and we'll even help you celebrate with an extra day off for your birthday!

About you
- First and foremost, you will be customer service focussed, have excellent organisation skills and be able to prioritise multiple conflicting deadlines.
- You're able to understand customer queries/ complaints and provide a speedy resolution.
- You will have excellent communication skills and be confident speaking with customers through both phone and email.
- You're IT literate and have a keen eye for detail.
- Experience in the Automotive industry would be ideal but not essential as full training and support will be offered.
