Legal Secretary - Conveyancing

Hourly rate: £9-£10ph DOE
Location: West HULL

A fantastic opportunity is around the corner with Pertemps Hull as we are currently recruiting for a Legal Secretary to work at our prestigious client based in the West of Hull to start ASAP, working Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm ( 35 paid hours) for initially 2-4 weeks temporarily however this may continue longer depending on the business needs

The successful Legal Secretary will be reliable, hardworking and have the ability to work on their own initiative after training is provided. Previous experience in a similar role is essential

As a Legal Secretary your daily duties will consist of:
- Providing support to all solicitors particularly within the conveyancing department
- Typing up letters, legal documents and emails
- Audio typing, copy typing, land registry forms and companies house information
- Answer and screen incoming calls
- General office duties including scanning, data input and filing in particular order
- Greet visitors and look after them appropriately
- Diary management
Ideal candidate:
- Strong IT skills, Microsoft particular and audio typing
- Experience as a legal secretary
- Available to start immediately
