The Firm:
An extremely successful international law firm, with a fully dedicated office based in Central Bristol only a stone's throw from Temple Meads & on all major bus routes are looking for a Legal Secretary to join their team. The role is permanent, full time 9.30 - 5.30 Monday - Friday & you will receive a salary of up to £32000 per annum depending on experience + the following benefits...

Job Role:
As the Legal Secretary you will provide excellent service delivery, quality, reliability and efficiency for Lawyers and Partners in a busy, deadline-driven department. The firm has a reputation for great client service. You will manage deadlines, quality and accuracy.

Main Duties:
Proactive diary management including time recording absences eg holiday, organising internal and external meetings, video and conference calls, lunches/dinners, paper preparation.
Mailbox management including monitoring, drafting, answering, highlighting, prioritising
E-filing including searching, saving, maintaining rules, folder management
Travel and itinerary management including expenses
Assisting Lawyers with billing management and processing, including narrative checking and sending out the invoice to the client all in accordance with the service level agreement
Quality control of the outputs from other internal departments and specialist functions
(eg DPD, Reprographics, MI and data)
Supporting Lawyers with BD-related administration, including maintaining InterAction
Ad-hoc tasks

Ideal Candidate:
As the ideal candidate you will have previous experience within a Legal Secretarial role and have strong Microsoft Office skills.
You will be an excellent team player, self-motivated and enthusiastic with a proactive approach to the role ability to think on feet and solve problems independently.
Flexibility will be required from time to time to ensure a consistent and acceptable service level.
