Lead Generation Manager; 




  • Build up a qualified, target prospect list of named contact
  • Contact identified targets within potential clients/sector
  • Managing programs of activity
  • Creating campaigns that switch between sectors or service focus as required
  • Answer potential clients’ questions regarding how our services can deliver value and benefits
  • Generate leads and appointments (targets to be agreed)
  • Set appointments with prospective customers based on business development team’s schedules
  • Maintain up to date and accurate records of activity using salesforce and Excel
  • Communicate any challenges, problems, concerns or questions to business development team members
  • Feedback market intelligence on trends, competitor activity, business challenges, areas of potential
  • Be an ambassador for our company, communicating respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times
  • Be willing to travel as required

Lead Generation Manager prefered experience; 

    • Educated to a minimum A’Level standard, (Psychology graduates preferred)
    • Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales lead generation preferred
    • 2+ years’ experience telemarketing a plus
    • Knowledge of sales principles, objection management, closing
    • Understanding of how to generate interest in our products and services
    • Excellent interpersonal communication skills in both written and verbal communication forms
    • Excellent phone manner and articulation
    • Results-driven and willing to work within a dynamic, multi-service line environment
    • Organisation skills including task management and goal achievement
    • Tenacity to maintain focus and passion at all times
