*Processing new sales leads, quotations and sales orders via the CRM (Sales Force).
*Keeping all customer relationship details and interaction data updated on the CRM.
*Dealing with and responding to high volumes of emails and taking phone calls from customers.
*Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives and BDM's for further development and closure.
*Processing customer complaints and returns.
*Checking prices and contracts are up to date.
*Supporting the sales team with general operations to help reach the team's objectives.
*Understanding customer needs and requirements and provide troubleshooting assistance for customers.
*Communicating internally, important feedback from customers.
*Actively developing the product and industry knowledge to progress in the position.
*Providing data and reports to help the sales team.
*High organisational skills and ability to manage a number of projects at the same time.
*Ability to prioritise own workload with a high level of attention to detail.
*Strong communication and customer service skills.
*Well versed in IT skills for example Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
*Work well under pressure.
*Self-motivated and driven.
Due to our attractive location in the Cotswolds, which is easily commutable from Cheltenham, Cirencester, Gloucester and Oxford, own transport is essential.
