Sales Account Manager
Neston
£20,000 basic salary plus un-capped commission (£26,000 OTE)
Permanent


My client in Neston are currently seeking a Sales Account Manager to join their expanding company. Working within the Sales team, the Sales Account Manager will be responsible for maximising profitability of each account and identifying up/cross sell opportunities. The opportunity is office based and is offered with a basic salary of £20,000 with commission (£26,000 OTE). Hours of work are Monday to Friday (with early finish).

The main duties of a Sales Account Manager are;
  • Deliver excellent service and achieve sales and performance targets through effective account management
  • Keep in contact with key decision makers with a view to developing and maintaining strong business relationships
  • Use a consultative approach to identify up-sell/cross-sell opportunities in order to maximise account profitability
  • Listen and understand the client's needs to ensure tailored solutions
  • Effectively manage your own diary of client calls and correspondence
  • Log activity and ensure the database is kept up to date
To be considered for this position you must possess the following;
  • B2B account management or B2B sales experience
  • While full industry and product training will be given it would be an advantage have experience selling to the construction sector
  • Excellent rapport building skills
  • Have an outgoing and friendly personality
