A fantastic opportunity is available for a HR Officer to join a charity based in Birmingham close to the centre, the role is a 12 week temporary role with a view to go Permanent

The role and responsibilities
-Support the HR Manager in implementing the policy's and procedures of the company
-Manage recruitment on a day to day basis
-Manage the on boarding of new starters
-Manage the process with employee's leaving the association
-Maintain confidentiality and sensitivity dealing with employee related information
-Collate and process payroll on a monthly basis
-Respond to general payroll queries

To be considered for the role you must have experience within a HR department
-Able to work as part of a team
-Experience of 2 years within a HR department
-Experience in working on HR systems
-Working towards a CIPD qualification
-UK Driving licence

The company are offering a salary of £20,000 with a 35 working week, great team environment
