The role of HR Advisor:
Assisting the HR Manager, you will be required to support the implementation of policies and procedures, advising staff at all levels along with maintaining files and systems.

The role of HR Advisor will involve:
  • Providing advice and guidance on a range of HR issues
  • The execution of HR operations including recruitment, performance management and training
  • HR projects
  • Create, maintain and update HR files and databases
  • Collating payroll information
  • Prepare and implement inductions
Candidates should have at least 3 years experience in a similar role and be CIPD qualified or working towards the qualification. Strong knowledge of employment law and HR processes is also essential for this role.

A good communicator, you will be confident working both independently as well as part of a team and be able to effectively manage a busy and often reactive workload.

The Benefits

Salary - £25,000-£30,000pa plus benefits including pension scheme, private health and 25 days leave.

Monday to Friday office hours. There may also be occasional travel to other UK sites and therefore candidates must be flexible.
