Our client is currently seeking a HR Coordinator; working for the UK's largest water and Wastewater Company on an initial 3-month, temporary basis with the chance of going permanent for the right person.
This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a customer-centric and adaptive team, providing expert HR administrative support within HR Services.
This temporary contract is based in our client's Reading head office, paying between £11 - £13 per hour depending on experience.
What does this role involve?
Accurately produce required HR documents including, employee contracts, references and changes to employee's terms and conditions.
Ensure employee records are accurate and up to date.
Process employee information to 3rd party screening company.
Filing and tracking: occupational health fit for works; returned internal documents; employee files via the case management queue; changes in personal details.
Assist management team with ad hoc project requests.
Buddy audit checking of administration work as required.
System transactions relating to hire-to-retire lifecycle and position management.
What skills are we looking for?
We are seeking a customer-focused HR professional with similar experience working in a HR centre, providing support to the wider business.
You will have SAP HR experience and be able to work in a fast paced environment.
We are looking for someone with accuracy and high attention to detail who is self-motivated and able to monitor own workload to ensure delivery on deadlines. You will have excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to adapt to change quickly.
