We have a great role available to join an excellent, supportive HR function in an HR Advisor role on a permanent basis
This is a role in a great location in Ayrshire with a company who have a great success story and who are leader in their sector.
You will work in a dedicated HR team and you will work in a generalist role responsible for the following
• End to end employee relations case work
• Recruitment and resourcing
• Coaching and upskilling managers on HR processes and procedure
• HR policy development
• Supporting the wider HR team with HR project work
You will ideally have previous experience providing HR advice and will be able to manage your own employee relations case load. You will have excellent employment law knowledge combined with CIPD (or working towards this). You will have excellent interpersonal and influencing skills. This is a true "advisory" role so if you really enjoy providing advice and guidance this could be the role for you.
