A nationally established supply chain organisation is seeking a HR Advisor to join at this highly exciting time.
Working as part of an established HR team you will provide a comprehensive generalist service to this newly established business unit. Based from a central Hub you will act as a first point of contact for staff across the business, dealing with the complete range of HR issues.
With little in place from a HR perspective, this is a truly unique time to be joining my client; you will have something of a blank canvas to work with, implementing a range of HR initiatives whilst educating both staff and Management about HR, the value it can add to the business and it being a commercial function.
As a very people-centric business my client will look to develop you over your time with the business; you will be viewed as a HR Manager of the future.
To be considered for this role you will be:
A true HR Generalist;
Able to travel as part of the role (this will not be regular but is required on occasion);
Able to engage with both blue and white collar staff operating at all levels within the business;
Experienced in working within a blue collar environment;
Understand the modern concepts of HR and look to introduce these in to a traditional business setting;
Have a stable career history.
