We are currently recruiting for an experienced HR/Recruitment Administrator for a well-established, growing company based in Walsall. This exciting opportunity to join an expanding and professional organisation

The company are looking for a driven, ambitious individual to join their organisation on a temporary basis but could offer long term employment for the right candidate
Duties include:

• Co-ordinate recruitment process with reviewing CV's and forwarding potential candidates to be screened and ensuring all applicants are seen too
• Maintain and Support the HR department processing starters, leavers and monitoring leave ensuring all staff files are kept up to date
• Attend HR meeting, giving out agendas, circulating paperwork and making notes when required
• Collate statistics and produce information reports from spreadsheets and the internal database
• Produce letters and contracts for new starters within the business and arranging inductions accordingly
• Complete returns to work, with staff members and process any holiday requests
• Be responsible for identifying training needs for staff and then discussing this further with the management team

The hours of work: Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5:30pm

Pay rate: £9.23per hour
